The person behind the practice
I am an existential psychotherapist who believes in creating a space where you can be fully heard and fully yourself. My approach is gentle, thoughtful, and grounded in real human experience. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or disconnected from what they want in life. I help you slow down, explore what feels difficult, and begin to understand your story with more clarity and compassion.

We spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy and what you hope to explore. It is a gentle, conversational session with no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly at a regular time.

All our sessions are held in confidence and are managed in accordance with ICO guidance and GDPR requirements. My intention is always to offer you a space where you can speak freely and feel supported.
If a safeguarding concern were ever to arise, I would do my very best to talk with you first so that we can think it through together. Very occasionally, in situations of serious or urgent risk, it may not be possible to gain your consent before sharing information. If this were to happen, I would only share what is absolutely necessary, and always with the aim of ensuring safety and care. -
